Hidden Hollow
Hidden Hollow is an adorable cottage within walking distance to town for shopping, dining, galleries, churches, tennis, public pool, nature trails and more. Here, you have end of the road privacy, but are not secluded- very convenient.
This home could easily be considered a THREE bedroom, the third BR is the spacious loft area with twin trundle (2 twins). The great room offers an impressive floor to ceiling gas log fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors, Cable TV with DVD, open kitchen, and fireplace. Mst BR is on the entry level and has a Queen bed with private bath. There is a half bath off the great room, the upper level has the loft with trundle, and a private BR with Queen bed and private bath. The open kitchen/dining is a delight with tall ceilings and warm inviting colors. The covered porch in the back has a great view of the native rhododendrons and tall pines- and you can hear the nearby stream.
There is a ONE WEEK minimum for HOLIDAY weeks, other wise a 2 night minimum.

Great Location, house was clean and management was good. Home could use some TLC. However, it was a cozy cabin.

Perfect Location!
Perfect location for exploring Highlands and the area. Walking distance into the town and easy access to roads leading out of Highlands to other local areas. The team at Chambers Realty are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

Great Location!
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and the home truly was a walk to town. We had a little issue with flys, however, the rental agency was very quick to respond once notified. There were a few other minor repairs needed of which I’m sure will be done in a timely manner. All in all it was a nice home convenient to all amenities.
Anniversary and music festival
My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary and catch a music festival. This was the perfect spot close to everything yet tucked away in the woods. Hope to return next year!
Spring Break
We had a great time at the cottage. It was comfortable and fit all our needs.
The trails and creek were great for kids.
Such a great place in such a great area!!!
Really enjoyed ourselves. I have been going to Highlands for over 30 years and will 100% rent this place again.

Great location!
We had a great girls weekend. The house is walking distance from Main Street but tucked away, which was exactly what we were looking for.

Our favorite rental so far in the Highlands/Cashiers area!
We have been coming to Highlands/Cashiers for 40 years and this rental was the best so far. Right in the middle of the woods, yet actually downtown, what a combination.

Perfect Vacation Home
Hidden Hollow is the perfect vacation home for a couple or small family. Downtown Highlands is just an easy walk away, but its location provides solitude with the sounds of Mill Creek in the background. The back porch is in the midst of the forest but a hiking trail is a few steps away.

Close to town, but you feel like you are deep in the mountains! Quiet and serene!
