This two-level home is perfect for a couple, two couples, or a small multi-generational family. Each level is easily accessed from separate exterior entrances or by using the interior stairs.
Less than a five-minute drive to everything Highlands has to offer, including some of the best dining and shopping opportunities of anywhere around. Nature lover? There are nature trails, hikes, fishing, and waterfalls all within an easy drive from Christmas Cottage.
This home has paved-to-the-door, easy access with a U-shaped driveway, and a two-car garage available. Complimenting the home is lovely landscaping with perennials, shrubs, and trees.
The main level offers a large family room with comfortable seating, a dining area, a wood-burning fireplace, a TV, and access to one of the four porches. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the family room. There’s a home office with a half-bath off of the family room. The Mst. bedroom is ensuite, and has a TV and access to a covered porch. The laundry room is on the main level by the garage entrance.
The lower level has another family room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining area, and full kitchen and has access to a covered porch. There are two bedrooms on this level, one has a King bed, private bath, and access to a small porch, and the other has two twins.

This home has a two-night minimum, EXCEPT for HOLIDAYS AND SOME LOCAL EVENTS, which may have a 7-night minimum (even if the booking calendar allows you to book for less)
The rental app you are using may allow you to make two or three-night rentals during these times, but that doesn’t mean the reservation will be honored.

It is our full intent to retain any renters gained by using third party sites (like VRBO) for future rentals, and possibly as future home owners as well.
