Pumpkin Hill-Great family home in an established neighborhood with privacy and a great mountain view. This three-level home affords optimum privacy for guests. The main level has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats 8, and has an entrance to a covered porch. The living room has a gas log fireplace, vaulted ceilings, entrance to the deck, CATV with DVD/VCR. The full bath has a sunken tub with shower, Mst. BR has a King bed, and entrance to private deck, CATV with DSL internet access, and window unit A/C. The upper level has two bedrooms each with a window unit A/C (Queen, Full/Double bed) with a full bath in between. The lower level has a family room with CATV, a game room with a large table, board games, and puzzles, and an entrance to a lower deck. Laundry room, and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed. Occupancy Limit 10 . (Note: There are beds for 8 people with 2 people per bed/bedroom.  There is an inflatable bed available which would probably be best for children/ young adults. NO SMOKING. Pets are ok with a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. There is easy access to this home located on Little Bear Pen- with a ‘drive-through driveway’ and a carport.

Main level: Bedroom #1 (King) One full bath with shower- the bathroom is located beside the bedroom. The bathroom has a sunken tub.      Upper level: Bedroom #2– Queen bed Bedroom #3– Full bath in between the two bedrooms with entrance to bathrooms from the landing.    Lower level: Bedroom #4– King bed  Full bath located in the hallway near the bedroom
