Our rental homes offer specials from time to time – here are some available to you:

2017 Hurricane Specials:

If you are renting because you are evacuating from a hurricane- we will offer you a 20% discount on your 2017 rental IF the owner allows discounts. All of these rentals must be paid in advance. If you cancel for any reason, we will try our best to re-rent the time you booked so you can get refunded.

VERY IMPORTANT – Hurricanes that come through the Gulf of Mexico sometimes affect our weather as well. If a property you rent becomes unavailable due to flooding or other extreme storm damage, you will be refunded.

Norton Creek Lodge: The owners of Norton Creek Lodge have a FIRST RESPONDERS SPECIAL – If you are an EMT, FIREFIGHTER, or other First Responder- YOU get a 20% discount!! But they went one step further- if this is your FIRST time renting Norton Creek Lodge- you are also considered a FIRST RESPONDER! (Only one discount can be used)

Norton Creek Lodge: FREE STARTER FIREWOOD
That’s right- FREE firewood* when you stay a minimum of 4 nights at Norton Creek Lodge. There’s a fireplace in the living area, and a fire pit by the creek.*Free Firewood will be on the porch in the wood rack waiting for you- once that’s gone, Chambers Realty & Vacation Rentals can point you in the right direction to purchase more.

2017  Food & Wine Festival Discount If you rent a minimum of 3 nights between the nights of Wednesday November 8 – Sunday November 12, you will get a 10% discount from participating rental homes.
