Hoot Owl Hollow is a charming mountain chalet located very close to downtown. Great mountain views and easy access- located just off the main artery coming into town (a 2-lane road). The home is screened from the road with a wooden privacy fence which affords complete privacy. This home is on three levels. On the "walk-in" level there is one bedroom (Queen), one full bath, wet bar area, galley kitchen, living room with CATV and wood-burning fireplace, and a great wrap-around deck. The upper level has an open/loft-style bedroom (regular stairs) with two twins and a half bath. There is a screened door leading out to a small balcony to allow for great breezes when weather permits. The lower level has a full bath, laundry room, and larger bedroom (King bed), with a small private deck. There are ceiling fans in each room. This home has wood floors on the main level.Â
New HVAC (2023) and there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas. Most people find that air-conditioning isn't necessary in Highlands. Try this home and you will be a repeat guest. Hard to find a home with a mountain view, so close to town at this price.
This home has a two-night minimum, except for HOLIDAYS AND SOME LOCAL EVENTS, which may be a SEVEN-NIGHT MINIMUM
