Norton Creek Lodge is a great family home all on one level, nestled by a singing stream. Private setting without being lonely. Living room has floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace, Big Screen CATV/DVD/CD. Large country kitchen with Jenn–Aire grill has adjoining dining area for 8, full bath next to 1st Bedroom (twins) and 2nd Bedroom (full size twin built in bunks), two split bedroom Master suites- one has a Queen bed and full bath, the other has a King bed, full bath, CATV and entrance to deck. Large “Everything” room has laundry, office area with wireless high speed internet access (May – November-30), Queen Futon, entrance to deck and TV/VCR with Wii games/DVDs. Covered porch overlooks the stream and, rockers, picnic table and lots of room. Air conditioned and humidity control system- great for the allergy prone. Pets may be allowed at owner’s discretion. Easy access, hard road access and parking. Limit 8-3 night minimum. THANKSGIVING AND/OR CHRISTMAS AND/OR NEW YEARS MUST BE A ONE WEEK MINIMUM AND EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES MAY APPLY

This home has a three- night minimum, except for HOLIDAYS AND SOME LOCAL EVENTS.

The rental app you are using may allow you to make two or three-night rentals during these times, but that doesn't mean the reservation will be honored.

All renters, no matter where they start will sign a vacation rental lease. It doesn't matter if you have already read, or agreed to any other kind of lease through the third party site (like VRBO). All vacation rental leases adhere to the NC Vacation Rental Agreement Act. When you sign the lease, which is between you (as renter) and Chambers Realty & Vacation Rentals (as Landlord on behalf of the property owner), you are agreeing to our terms. You will not be charge by us until you have seen the lease. If you have any questions about our policies or our lease you need to contact us, not the third party site (like VRBO). It is our full intent to retain any renters gained by using third party sites (like VRBO) for future rentals, and possibly as future home owners as well.
